20 days per annum, rising to 25 after 2 years’ service

Responsibilities and Duties
• As Senior IT Support Engineer, your primary duties and key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Management and strategy of IT Infrastructure, ensuring best practice deployment and configuration to meet the business requirements.
• WAN, LAN, Server Infrastructure (Virtual and Physical)
• Backups, HA, DR.
• Security of environment, Firewalls / AV / Malware


Skills and Experience.
• Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and/or Skype for Business, OneDrive)
• Microsoft AD, Hyper V, SCCM, SQL Server, Windows Server 2012 and later.
• Backups, HA, DR
• Switch Configuration and implementation
• Firewall Configuration and Management
• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in above skill sets.
